SAN ANTONIO – Winston Hotels LLC is nearing completion on a duel-branded hotel in Riverside Towers at 111 Soledad St.
The 181-room AC Hotel by Marriott will occupy floors 13 through 20 and opens on Oct. 6.
Element by Winston will occupy the bottom floors and will be complete by the end of the year.
Shared amenities will include a business center, fitness center, and 4,000 sf of meeting and event space.
The project costs over $100 million.
