FORT WORTH – GXO Logistics has signed a 644,318-sf industrial lease at Everman Crossroads.
The tenant will occupy all of Building Two.
CBRE represented the landlord, MDH Partners. Colliers represented GXO.
Everman Crossroads is a 954,611-sf development at 1401 Everman Pkwy.
