SA apartments becoming affordable-living community

​​​SAN ANTONIO – Minnesota-based Roers Companies has purchased Rosemont at University Park, a 240-unit multifamily complex at 102 Emerald Ash.

The property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 750 to 1100 sf.

It will be renovated and converted into an affordable-living community with 15 percent of units reserved for families earning 30 percent of the area median income. Remaining units will be for those earning 60 percent of the area median income.

Opportunity Home San Antonio was the seller.
