HOUSTON – Olive Tree Holdings is beginning a $25 million renovation project on The Life at Grand Oaks.
The 556-unit apartment community has one- and two-bedroom units reserved for households earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.
Renovations will include improvements to the property’s HVAC system, unit upgrades, and improvements to the pool, playground, clubhouse, and computer room.
Completion is slated for 2023.
