HOUSTON – TriPointe Homes is developing Westridge Cove, a 95-acre single-family home community at 12019 Moonlight Path Dr.
It will have 335 homes priced between $300,000 and $386,000.
Homes will range from 1,466 to 2,712 sf.
Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, recreation center, and playground.
