Built in 1983, the property is composed of one- and two-bedroom units averaging 733 sf.
Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, picnic area, playground, and package handling services.
The property was 98 percent occupied at time of sale.
River Rock will implement a value-add program. Newmark brokered the deal.
