CYPRESS – Harmony Public Schools has acquired 29 acres in Creekland Village within the Bridgeland community for the construction of a charter school.
Phase one will include a 58,931-sf elementary school, designed by Gignac Architects. Work begins next year. The school will open for the 2025-26 school year.
A 90,208-sf building for middle and high school students will start in 2026 and open in time for the 2027-28 school year.
The Howard Hughes Corp. sold the land.
