Fort Capital picks up 711K-sf Houston industrial portfolio

​​HOUSTON – Fort Capital has acquired a 711,399-sf industrial portfolio consisting of 23 Class B buildings.

The portfolio is 75 percent leased. 

Some of the properties​ include:

• Eldridge Business Center a​t 6830 N. Eldridge Pkwy.,

• Emmott Business Center at 8807 Emmott Rd.,

• Keough Business Center at 16623 Aldine Westfield Rd., and

• West Belt Business Center at 6125 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N.​
