BROOKSHIRE – Stream Realty Partners has completed phase two of Empire West Business Park.
Phase II consists of six buildings totaling 2.3 million sf. It was the largest single-phase industrial project in the Houston metro.
Empire West Business Park can house industrial tenants requiring between 50,000 and one million sf.
It is along I-10 and the SH 90 Frontage Rd.
