ROUND ROCK – IDI Logistics is developing Sunrise Commerce Center, a 465,660-sf industrial project at 2380 Oakmont Rd.
Phase one will include three buildings totaling roughly 311,000 sf. Phase two includes two build-to-suit buildings totaling155,000 sf.
Construction begins in September 2022.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction is building the project. Stream Realty, 5G Studio Collaborative, and Pacheco Koch Civil Engineering are on the development team.
