FORT WORTH – Palladium USA Inc. has broken ground on Palladium East Berry Street, a 240-unit mixed-income community at 2350 E. Berry St.
The $55.8 million development spans three buildings and has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A portion of the units will be allocated for residents making less than 30 percent of the area median income.
Cross Architects, Brownstone Construction, and Dynamic Commercial Real Estate all collaborated on the project.
Preleasing begins next summer.
