AMARILLO – Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors has broken ground on a 94,267-sf self-storage facility.
The U-Haul-branded property will be a three-story moving truck, trailer, and self-storage facility with 781 storage lockers. It will be an 83,000-sf tilt-wall structure with 11,267 sf of U-Box storage.
Construction wraps in December.
