SEABROOK – HS Development Group has acquired 19.5 acres for the construction of The Edge at Seabrook Town Centre.
The property will have a four-story, 322-unit apartment complex, 19,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, a plaza with an event lawn, and office space.
Phase I of the development will include the plaza, apartments, and two retail buildings, totaling 14,000 sf. The apartments will have one- to three-bedroom units and surface, covered, and garage parking.
Phase II will add 5,000 sf of retail space. It is slated to be completed by June 2025.
The Edge at Seabrook Town Centre is now in the design phase with construction to begin in November and go vertical next spring.
HS Development Group will serve as the general contractor. The designer is MCS Architects. New Regional Planning will market and lease the commercial space.
