SAN ANTONIO – DB Capital Management and Sabal Financial group have purchased a 228-unit multifamily community at 16465 Henderson Pass.
The Villas of Henderson Pass has one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 550 to 927 sf.
The property will undergo a $4.5 million renovation plan and be renamed Summit Henderson Pass.
Upgrades will include new flooring, countertops, light fixtures, smart home tech packages, and in-unit washers/dryers.
