NEW BRAUNFELS – Kahlig Auto Group is developing a 316,000-sf auto dealership on an empty lot off I-35.
The proposed Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership will cost $18 million.
Plans call for a two-story dealer showroom, four-story parking structure, service shop, and a single-story detailing building.
CDI Douglass-Pye Inc will design the project. Construction begins at the end this year and will wrap in early 2024.
