Partnership acquires two Coastal Bend apartment complexes

ARANSAS COUNTY – RREAF Holdings, DLP Capital and 3650 REIT have purchased two apartment complexes totaling 371 units near Corpus Christi. The 155-unit build-to-rent Windy Shores is in Aransas Pass, and the 216-unit, garden-style Pearl Point is in Rockport. Berkadia provided an undisclosed amount of Freddie Mac acquisition financing to the partnership. read more…
