Orion adds Remington Ranch to portfolio

SAN ANTONIO – Orion Real Estate Partners has acquired Remington Ranch, a 180-unit apartment community at 12511 Jones Maltsberger Rd. The Los Angeles-based firm will invest over $2 million for improvements. Amenities include a clubhouse, business lounge, coffee bar, fitness center, and pool. Anterra will manage the property. Master-planned Dean Ranch community coming to FW

FORT WORTH – A 1,825-acre master-planned development with homes, townhomes, and commercial space is coming to Parker County. Dean Ranch, which will be near I-20 and FM 1187, could have 2,600 to 3,000 homes.
