New 1,500-acre master-planned community coming to Chambers County

​MONT BELVIEU – McGrath Real Estate Partners breaks ground this month on Riceland, a 1,500-acre master-planned community in Chambers County just east of Houston.  When completed, Riceland will have 4,500 homes, resort-style pools, a ten-acre lake, multiple parks, and 30 miles of hiking and biking trails. Boston buyer picks up second Mockingbird office property

Caterpillar moving global HQ to Irving

​IRVING – Caterpillar Inc. has announced plans to move its global headquarters from Deerfield, Illinois, to an existing office in Irving.
