SAN MARCOS – Stream Realty and Greystar Partners have begun phase two of the Whisper 35 project at 1225 Fortuna Rd.
Phase one consisted of two buildings totaling 270,000 sf of industrial space. The first building is complete and fully leased. The second building will wrap up construction by the end of the year.
Phase two comprises three buildings totaling 300,000 sf.
Whisper 35 will be ready for occupancy by third quarter 2023.
