IRVING – Washington, D.C.-based Northridge Capital LLC has purchased the 400,000-sf office complex at 1925 W. John Carpenter Fwy.
The property serves as HQ for Vistra, an electricity and natural gas provider previously known as Energy Future Holdings and TXU Corp. The company recently renovated the building just west of Bush Turnpike.
The five-story office building, which was built in 1985, was sold by an affiliate of Dallas-based real estate investor JP Realty Services. The acquisition was financed with a $95.5 million loan from the National Bank of Kuwait.
