SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA), in collaboration with NRP Group, has opened leasing for Elevate at Kitty Hawk, an affordable housing community at 7347 Kitty Hawk Rd.
The 212-unit complex targets residents making between 30 to 70 percent of the area median income. Elevate is currently 70 percent leased.
SAHA will administer financial literacy training, health and wellness screenings, and after-school programs on the property.
Amenities include a pool, sundeck, grill areas, fitness center, and 403 parking spots.
Residents began moving in last month despite construction not being complete.
