SAN ANTONIO – Koontz Corp. has broken ground on Westport Industrial Park, a 374,400-sf project at 483 S. Callaghan Rd.
The first phase will include two buildings totaling 187,200 sf.
The four-building project will have 24-ft clear heights, 130-ft truck court depths, 23 dock doors, and four drive-in ramps per building.
Phase one will wrap in February 2023.
NAI Partners will lease the development.
