HOUSTON – JLL has arranged the sale of West U Marketplace, a 60,136-sf shopping center.
Tenants include Whole Foods Market, Island Grill, River Oaks Nail & Spa, Yoshi Sushi, French Cuff Boutique, and Natural Pawz.
The seller was an affiliate of Camden Securities Co. Brixmor Property Group was the buyer.
