TEMPLE – Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the sale of a 70-unit transitional care facility.
Mainstreet developed the newly constructed property but never opened it.
A private investor paid $10.5 million for the property, which will be used as a specialty post-acute hospital.
