DALLAS – Newmark is leasing two floors in The Link, a newly built, 25-story office tower in Uptown.
The lease includes 46,338 sf on the 15th and 16th floors. It will combine three area Newmark offices into one space.
The company’s space will be fully built out by fourth quarter 2022.
Newmark was self-represented while Thirty-Four Commercial and JLL represented the landlord and developer, Kaizen Development Partners.
