MAGNOLIA – Sitework begins next month on the first phase of Magnolia Village, a 60-acre mixed-use project.
The 36-acre first phase will include three 10,000-sf retail buildings and 300 multifamily units on almost 12 acres.
Trammel Crow Residential will develop the multifamily portion.
Magnolia Village will include residential, office, retail, and restaurant use once completed.
