McKINNEY – Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC has broken ground on the McKinney Airport Trade Center.
The 70-acre site is at FM 546 and Harry McKillop Blvd. It can accommodate up to five buildings totaling 740,000 sf across two phases.
Phase one will consist of three buildings spanning 320,000 sf, and phase two will include two buildings encompassing 434,000 sf.
Completion of phase one is set for the end of 2022.
NAI Robert Lynn and Carey Cox Co. will handle management and leasing.
