DALLAS – BV Capital purchased The Dunhill Design District apartments from a partnership headed by Dunhill Partners.
Built in 2018 at 1900 Hi Line Dr., the 200-unit property has rents ranging from $1,400 to $2,300 a month.
The sale was financed with a $39.5 million loan.
