SAN MARCOS – Palladius Capital Management has acquired The Heights, a 672-bed student housing community at 1101 River Ridge Parkway.
The property, which serves Texas State University, will have 240 one- to four-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and study lounges.
