New Jersey investor picks up Houston retail center

HOUSTON – New Jersey-based First National Realty Partners LLC has acquired the Champions Village retail center. 

The five-building, 383,000-sf project is on 32 acres at 5215 FM 1960 Rd. W. The center is anchored by a 61,600-sf Randalls grocery store, which has been a tenant at the site for 50 years. 

Other tenants include T.J. Maxx​, Barnes & Noble, and Kirkland’s.

Around 120,000 sf is available at the center.
