SAN ANTONIO – Aztec Family Group LLC is transforming several floors at the city’s historic Aztec Theatre into a boutique hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar.
The company will turn four floors of current office space into 77 guest rooms and suites.
The roof will include a kitchen, bar, and outdoor dining area.
