AUSTIN – Urbanspace Real Estate has broken ground on The Modern Austin Residences, a 56-story residential tower at 610 Davis St.
The tower will include 300 one- to five-bedroom units. The units will range from $500,000 to over $5 million.
The development team will contribute almost $1.3 million to the city’s affordable housing fund.
