WEBSTER – A joint venture between Virtus Real Estate Capital and Lincoln Property Company has sold the Webster Medical Office & Life Science Campus.
The two-building, fully leased campus is at 251-253 Medical Center Blvd. It was built between 2006 and 2008 and totals 94,506 sf.
Two CBRE teams represented the seller.
