GEORGETOWN – Stonemont Financial Group has acquired 18 acres on I-35 for the development of Westinghouse35, a 230,000-sf speculative industrial project.
Westinghouse35 will have a rear-load configuration, 32-ft clear heights, 58 dock doors, 345 auto parking stalls, and 68 full-size trailer parking stalls.
Project partners include architecture firm GMA, civil engineer Kimley-Horn, and leasing agent KBC Advisors.
Construction will be complete in the first half of 2023.
