HOUSTON – Civitas Capital Group has acquired two apartment complexes in the Houston area.
Civitas bought the 241-unit The Park at Tour 18 at 18110 Hunters Terrace in Humble from BHW Capital and the 300-unit Cathedral Lakes at 698 Basilica Bay Dr. in Spring from Wood Partners.
Both properties were built in 2020 and include amenities such as resort-style pools, fitness centers, and dog parks.
Cathedral Lakes has one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 723 to 1,564 sf. The Park at Tour 18 offers one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 and 1,198 sf.
