McKINNEY – WorkSuites is taking more than 30,000 sf in the new District 121 building at 7300 SH 121.
A project of Kaizen Development, the eight-story, 200,000-sf office building will open this summer in the Craig Ranch community.
WorkSuites will occupy 26,000 sf on the third floor and 5,800 sf on the ground floor.
Amenities include an outdoor amenity area, golf simulator, fitness center, and large open lawn area.
