AUSTIN – OHT Partners has broken ground on Lenox Grand, a 315-unit apartment complex on 16.4 acres at 13505 Burnet Rd.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a work studio, dog park, pickleball court, walking trails, and two pools.
Construction will be complete in 2023.
