DALLAS – Billingsley Co. has started construction on a 260,000-sf headquarters campus for Plano-based At Home.
The property will be within Billingsley’s Cypress Waters development. It will consist of 182,000 sf of office space and a 78,000-sf design center.
Amenities will include training rooms, wellness facilities, coworking space, and barista bar.
GFF and Corgan designed the project.
Completion is slated for December.
