HOUSTON – BioUrja Group has acquired a 192,313-sf office building in the Westchase District.
Delivered in 1981, the ten-story midrise building is on nearly four acres at 1500 Citywest Blvd. It includes a 641-space parking garage with covered walkways and an on-site deli.
Since 2015, the property has undergone several rounds of renovations, which will be continued by the new owner.
BioUrja will occupy 10,000 sf in the building.
