Four-property office portfolio changes hands in southwest Fort Worth

​FORT WORTH – SporTherapy Portfolio, a four-property medical office portfolio, ​has been sold.

The assets include physical therapy offic​es totaling 30,377 sf at 6501 Harris Pkwy.

Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer, a limited liability company, and the seller, a partnership.
