LEANDER – Thompson Realty Capital LLC and Trez Capital LP are developing a 504-unit apartment project in Larkspur.
The two-phase development will be at the community’s entrance and include an amenity center and pool.
Construction begins this month.
Larkspur is a 608-acre master-planned community off the 183A toll road.
