DENTON – Steeplechase Ventures LLC has purchased the 166,225-sf Presidio Plaza shopping center on I-35.
Originally built as an outlet mall, the shopping center was remodeled and expanded by 30,000 sf.
LAD Ventures LLC sold the property in a deal brokered by JLL.
The property is 90 percent occupied.
