WACO – Poco Loco Supermercado has completed the transformation of a 37,000-sf building at 1320 N. 25th St. into the chain’s 17th local store.
The store has a meat department, bakery, tortilleria, cafe with full-service kitchen, and business office.
Poco Loco will hire up to 120 employees.
