AUSTIN – Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has broken ground on Modera EaDo, a 377-unit apartment community at 11604 Stonehollow Dr.
The community will have studio and one- and two-bedroom units, a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, gaming area, outdoor kitchen spaces, and coworking space.
Move-ins will begin by summer 2023.
