Houston medical office market sees surplus in leasing

​​​HOUSTON – Local medical office vacancy rose 0.3 percent since November 20​20 to ​16.9 percent last month, according to NAI Partners.  The market recorded 1.3 million sf of leasing activity year to date in November 2021. New York investor picks up Brookhollow multifamily

​​​​​HOUSTON – New York-based July Residential has acquired Carmel Creek Apartments, a 536-unit multifamily community in the Brookhollow neighborhood. Built in 1982, the property has one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 518 to 1,193 sf. Billingsley Co. breaks ground on 250K-sf Plano office building

​​PLANO – Billingsley Co. has begun construction on a 250,000-sf office building within the 300-acre International Business Park. $600M mixed-use project underway in northern Collin County

​​ANNA – Bloomfield Homes has gotten zoning approval for a $600 million mixed-use community called Crystal Park.​​ The 390-acre pro​ject will be on the west side of US 75 near FM 455. PAM Health picks up 38K-sf rehab hospital in Northeast SA
