DALLAS – Bell Partners Inc. and Hansainvest Real Assets GmbH have purchased the Routh Street Flats apartments near Turtle Creek.
The 208-unit property was built in 2015 by Alamo Manhattan Corp. It will be renamed Bell Katy Trail Apartments.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace, pool, and fitness center.
