NEW BRAUNFELS – Vivo Investment Group is transforming two hotels into studio apartments for low-income employees.
Vivo purchased the former Quality Inn and Ramada hotels earlier this year.
Construction at the 140-unit former Ramada will be complete in December. Rents will be about $900 per month.
The project at the former Quality Inn will have units costing about $900 to $950 per month.
Both properties will include amenities such as coworking spaces, pools, fitness centers, and dog parks.
