ARLINGTON – Arlington Orthopedic Associates has purchased the 73,859-sf, five-story Highlands Tower office building at 701 Highlander Blvd.
The building was sold by an affiliate of SkyWalker Property, who invested $2 million in the last five years to renovate the 1980s office building.
The building is 66 percent leased to tenants including PNC Bank, Keller Williams, and H3 Texas LLC.
Big Sky Medical negotiated the sale.
