SAN ANTONIO – Carvana is planning two industrial projects at 11245 Old Corpus Christi Rd.
The company will complete a $3.76 million renovation of an existing building for a 94,000-sf inspection facility. Carvana is also developing a 61,117-sf paint and detail building.
Work on the inspection facility begins this month and will be complete by the end of the year. Construction on the paint and detail building will begin December 2021 and be complete in May 2022.
The company purchased the 60-acre property from CXA Corp. in July.
Praxis3 LLC is the design firm.
