AUSTIN – Pearlstone Partners and ATCO Properties & Management are building Vesper, a 41-story residential condo tower at 84 East Ave.
The 284-unit property will have a clubhouse, pool, fitness studio, dog park, community courtyard and gathering table, and coworking space.
STG Design is the architect, and AECOM Hunt is the general contractor.
Construction will be complete in 2024.
MSD Partners LP provided $130 million in construction financing.
